This is the second car Paul’s have serviced and maintained . My last car had been stolen and taken for a joy ride causing major damage which Paul's restored back to its former glory. My latest car a hybrid really needed its one year service for my extended warranty, as I had been travelling away When I got back I needed it done asap, Paul’s squeezed me in serviced and did the warrant as well.
I have used Paul's for the last 3 years and the company a lot longer. Keeping our fleet of vans on the road is not easy, Paul's have only given us amazing service and maintained our fleet to a high standard. Down time on a vehicle to us means loss of profits and the Team go over and above to make sure our vehicles turn over is quick and safe. I have recommended the team at Paul's to friends and customers alike.
First time I have used Paul’s Autos and I had the best service. I called in with car needs and they were so kind and helpful. They gave me a quote and did the job in a reasonable time frame. So great to deal with. They said if the job takes less time than quoted they will charge me less which is exactly what happened. I will totally be coming back to this place.

Absolutely cannot fault the service, the outcome or the pricing. 100% transparency and communication on every step so I understood. Even got a good chat about what she'll need in the future and what order to do them in to get the best value and keep the car safe and happy! Have an actual action plan for maintenance and repairs that will be required before the next WOF, and just so clear on every thing even I get it lol. Have recommended him to clients only to find out they already know and use Paul's and hadn't told me! Everyone of us had the same story. Car needed work, got frustrated with the way we were dealt with and excessive costs, found Paul's by accident and boom... EXCEPTIONALLY happy across the board. Highly, highly recommend. 10 stars. My little blueberry (Nissan Micra) is running like a dream!
