   I honestly regret choosing them. They used to be the best in town, but they’ve let me down again and again. I’ve been back twice and the colour is still not right. Four months and the car still isn’t properly fixed.

   I took in my classic Holden, knowing it might be a bit of a challenge due to previous repairs. What was initially a straightforward job quickly turned into something much bigger than expected, but that was no issue at all for the team. Their communication throughout was excellent, and they were incredibly adaptable, even putting in overtime to get the job done. Despite the extra work required, they still managed to keep it within a very reasonable budget. The end result was absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond in every aspect, doing far more than I anticipated. I know this kind of work isn’t their usual, but you wouldn’t have known it from the unbelievable service I received. A huge thank you to Raewyn, Jason, and the entire team. You guys are legends!

   We were on the receiving end of a 4x4 ute reversing straight into our car causing damage to the front bumper and bonnet. We also get our car serviced at Ebbett Holden and they highly recommended that we deal with Jason and his team at West Hamilton Auto Refinishers for our repair work. After calling Jason he was able to fit me in that same day to perform a thorough inspection and then explain the process of contacting Tower Insurance (also great service) to start proceedings and to link them together for the repair work. Once all the official insurance work was completed, Tower Insurance gave Jason the go ahead to order parts and get the work done. By this time we were overseas on holiday but were in contact with Jason in regards to likely arrival of parts. At the very end of our holiday we had the option for a friend to drop our car off and to pick up a courtesy car, but we held off a couple of days until we arrived back. It took five days for our particular repair work to be completed and we were very impressed with the final product. Our car looked just as good as when we brought it, no exaggeration. So overall, the workmanship was excellent. The service from beginning to end was great. You just may need to be proactive in making sure everything is on track between them and the insurance company. Because Jason and his team are excellent at what they do, they are so busy and have so many other customers waiting in the cue which may result in some delay with updates to your vehicle. Jason's style is very old school in the way that he is very trusting and if he says something he will follow it up and deliver. Although he may seem relaxed he is very professional and is such a pleasure to deal with. If you need any panel repair work done on your car then look no further.
