“After failing a WoF because of a couple of chips in the windscreen I wasn't too sure how to go about resolving it. I called my insurance and was put straight through to Novus. I got a call the next morning from the Petone team and they made it so easy. The car was inspected and chips repaired within half an hour. Most importantly, the service was very friendly, informative, and helpful. Really appreciated the seamless service and the cost was half what I was expecting (based on what I'd seen online from other places during my panic of how much this was possibly going to cost me). “Every time we go here the guy is super chill and helpful, no judgement, happy to have a chat and listen to see what is up. I can see why his reviews are always glowing. Our car is a little older now and unfortunately things are now popping up more and more often, but nothing has ever been an issue and price wise he seems pretty competitive. Only issue can sometimes be getting your car in to be seen, as its always busy!”
