   After failing my WOF at VTNZ, I went to the VTNZ recommend garage. They quoted $850 for 2 ball joints. Luckily I came to Paokwhai Autos for another quote. Scott did the job for $450 in only 3 hours. Nearly half the price for the exact same job! Great communication, good location (with loan cars) and a genuine operator. I'll be recommending my colleagues head here and stear clear of the other garage. Thanks heaps Scott!

   amazing service, I booked my car in for a WOF, and had friendly service, Scott recommended the cafe up the road if i didnt mind the walk, or i was welcome to wait there if needed too. took my little boy for a walk to the cafe and when i got back it was all ready to go! thorough job too cant recommend them enough!

   Went in for wof, failed discolored headlight left, few other things and rocket cover oil clean wich isnt apart of wof. Replaced both bulbs apparantly as i requested cause i want them the same. Sent it home with wof, got home left light turns off. I ring him he diagnoses over the phone moduels seized. Took back, he ordered after market part not for my car cut my looms to headlights and attached new moduels with double sided tape one on batery cover the other oh air conditioning unit. Headlamps wires are exposed cant cover cause parts dont fit. He send it home me not knowing what he did. Get home ans see a mess. Both Lights are turning off cause mosuels loose, i have photos. Once i discovered his work i ring him tell him they not working and what are these boxes double sided taped to the motor? He says the new parts. Me no those are not apart of my car. Scott then replies with i didnt know you wanted stock oem. You cant get your parts youll have to wait 3 months. Me not happy at all. He trys again to fix them mount them property and colse the headlamps so wires arent exposed. He couldnt get both working he said il refund your parts and we'll try another way. I told him i ordered my own ballasts why can you put those parts back on. He said weve cut the wires theres nowhere to wire it to and your partsare hardto find. Ok sonow you owe me 2 new front headlights him no iltry fix them. Me dont toych my car. I had a wof and no headlights. MTA are the worse. They did nothing. My headlights cost 2k + for 1. I am now with new port trying torewire my lightscause they not working and cant get a wof. Scott is horrible listener especially to women. If he had listen the first time we wouldnt have gone that farr. He does backyard work not professional at all!!!
