   Rozies Collision Repair Rolleston were amazing. They took good care to ensure all damage was assessed and reported. They also fitted me in quickly as soon as parts arrived. I was informed of progress at each step. When picking up my car I found it groomed and a couple of lollipops on the passenger seat. Additionally, it was a really cold morning when I picked the car up and the person who bought my car around had put the heater on and the heated seats for me. It was a very sweet and considerate thing to do. I totally recommend them. Their staff were fabulous and have done a great job. I am extremely happy.

From the very first contact through to collecting the repaired vehicle, the team at Rosiez were simply outstanding. What impressed me most was their clear, concise, and compassionate communication. Every step of the process—right from the initial quote to the final repair—was explained thoroughly and professionally. They took the time to make sure we understood what was happening and what to expect, which made the entire experience so much less stressful. The staff were fantastic—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. On the day we brought the car in, one of the team even came out and helped park it for us when we weren't quite sure where to go.
