Thanks so much to Greerton Panel for their brilliant customer service and job well done. Was recommended to come here by person who accidentally hit my car and glad i stuck with the decision rather than going to the insurer's preferred supplier. Rod and Alana were extremely patient while the other parties insurer dragged their feet, and again with the rescheduling i had to do due to personal circumstances. Once car was in, the workshop team managed to get work finished a day earlier than expected. i picked my car up in a much better condition than it was. Actually the next day i had to double check it was my car when out shopping because it seems that a few other little scratches/marks were taken care of too? So it was looking like a new car. If you are still deciding what panelbeater to use, these guys will see you right. Just make sure to check how long they'll need your car for when it gets booked in as that wasn't mentioned to me and i had no idea how the process worked, it worked out though in the end.
I cannot rate this company any more than 5 stars unfortunately but their customer service is brilliant and definitely deserve more. The WOF failed on rust at VTNZ and after it was fixed and then rechecked, it failed again. Rod said right from the start that they guarantee any repairs to pass recheck and when it failed, without any hassle he wrote a report and needless to say on the second recheck it passed! These guys are really good at what they do, have the credentials to back themselves up and are very professional yet friendly. I highly recommend them and I won't go anywhere else from now on.

Workshop Services highly recommends the Team at Greerton Panel and Paint. These guys are just an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had a truck that failed COF and required a structural repair.
