Exceptional service at Bselect TGA. No bookings needed was able to accommodate me half an hour before their closing time and even gave me the tyres at the best price I could ever get. Highly recommend. Will be definitely be back for my wheel alignment and surely will recommend to all my mates.
Excellent expereince as the boys helped me straight away by seing me jacking my vechile next to their store. Even offered to swap the punctured wheel for free and they put a spare back on my vechicle . All this while i was waiting and having a coffee in their super nice reception.
I recently got the rear tyres of my friend's Highlander changed there. For starters, they were concerned and clear about the risks of changing only two tyres of any 4/all wheel drive vehicle - and how it might trip the transmission of radius of old and new tyres are different. That was enlightening, and a relief that they had thought through that and processized it. Another welcome relief was that they were also quite clear on the importance of having the better wheels at the rear of the vehicle - my friend (who is not very technical) was getting them changed at a place earlier where they were putting the better wheels in the front - which can be a huge skid risk in the mountain roads, and otherwise too. The front desk guy - Linto - quite transparently ran through the Bridgestone options they had for an SUV like the Highlander, and their features. He was also clear about the year of manufacture of the tyres he was going to supply (which, again, was not the case from where my friend was buying his tyres earlier, and ended up getting old stock tyres). He also mentioned about the option of an alignment package where 5 alignments are thrown in for a period of 2 years for up to 4 vehicles. And the offer of giving a second tyre at half price was very welcome - as Bridgestone tyres can be expensive. The alignment machine they were using was Hunter (couldn't know which year's model that was) - but it was good to know that. On the whole, recommended place.

Brian at this Workshop is great and overall staff was very nice to deal with.They have nice reception area.We had our flight from Auckland but our car had problem at Eastbay link,we stopped here and told that we needed urgent repairs.They took it very seriously and made our car ready within next one hour and did test drive. Charges were minimal and service was great Thank you
The experience I have had at Bridgestone Cameron Rd over the past few years has been exceptional - very competitive pricing and exceptional customer service led by the manager at the front desk. Nothing is a problem and will even arrange urgent warrant needs if required Highly recommended
took car in for a wheel alignment, the guy doing it took the car for a test drive without consent, got it back with a blown front diff, they also did some inspection thing, also without permission, headlights didnt work the first time i tried to use them after the visit
