   Amazing service. I have an older spa pool that wasn't working properly. Every staff member was extremely helpful and really pleasant and went out of their way to see if I could fix it myself. When I couldn't the tech came out really promptly and was very informative with costs and the problem involved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service.

   Bought a preloved spa recently and have been blown away by the service and follow up. We had a small (new user issue) problem and they came out to our rural location the same afternoon to sort the issue pronto. Am grateful for the ongoing phone support and helpful hints running a spa.

   I purchased a robotic pool cleaner on a 20% off sale for $2079 & after a few attempts it was still not doing what it should. I returned to to the store, explained the issues and was promised a refund(bank dets given). I had to follow up when no payment was received, only to be told by the manager that the first staff member didnt have the right to offer a refund so I wouldnt be getting one. However she could onsell it for me second hand(but barely used) for what I paid for it(since it was no longer on sale so would still be hundreds off rrp). So I accepted this offer rather than onselling it myself..only to have her sell it for $312 less than what I paid(the amount we agreed on for resale). Ive disputed this and she couldnt care less since she sees the amount she sold it for as reasonable for a second hand unit..even though its not what we agreed on when I gave her my unit to sell. Now my correspondence is being ignored so Im a whole lot of hassle and a whole lot of money worse off. Nothing short of absolute dishonesty and for a reputable company I cannot believe how theyve dealt with this(or rather not dealt with it).
