   We have just had our beautiful Grandeur 9m, Whitehaven pearl pool installed by the incredible team at Narellan Pools Hawke’s Bay and we couldn’t be happier. We begun the process with Kerryn who gave us an abundance of valuable information and knowledge surrounding the process and design of our pool. She was magnificent. Before the build begun and all throughout, we had Ashleigh (absolute superstar) give us regular updates and information to help us understand how everything was tracking. Ash is such a dream to work with. She was so patient with us and was always happy to answer any questions we had along the way. During the build, Mike is the best possible person to have on any site. Mike is calm, confident and makes it all look so easy - when we all knew, it was extremely complex. Mike’s ground team were great! They all worked incredibly hard to minimise disruption for our family and they had immense knowledge and experience in everything they did. We absolutely love our pool. It is spectacular! We are so grateful for all the team at Narellan Pools Hawke’s Bay, for turning our backyard into an oasis - thank you guys. Natalie and Tohu Harris

   We recently completed a pool project with Mike Treadwell of Hawkes Bay Narellan involving the installation of a 5.5m Eden with an adjoining Neptune spa. We chose Eden and Neptune because we had a demanding site that required several iterations of the design, layout and specification of materials. Both the magnesium pool and bromide spa are covered and heated, sharing a heat pump, and the pool has a pair of swim jets. Mike arranged a custom-built pool shed to house the four pumps, two filters, heat pump and electrical equipment, all out of view of the pool and deck entertainment area. The Narellan team did a seamless job of coordinating our cast of trade subcontractors (plumber, electrician, drainage, fencing (mixed masonry and aluminum fence), earth moving, hardscaping and landscaping and home automation). Designing and installing a pool complex was more of a major project than we anticipated, certainly if you want to get it right. Mike’s team was extremely responsive and helpful and handled all the consents very efficiently. There were of course glitches and issues, but Mike and team cheerfully addressed any issues and found acceptable solutions. My wife (who was the designer of the pool area) and I felt we brought the project in at a competitive and reasonable market price. It has only been three months since completion, but already we are believers that “quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten.” We chose Narellan after surveying the market extensively and would highly recommend both Mike Treadwell and the Narellan product.

   The Hawkes Bay Narellan team were awesome. Our pool was built during cyclone Gabrielle with only one week delay in delivery. I’ve never experienced such a competent team who kept me updated on a regular basis and delivered on expectations - very impressive!!

   Our pool process has been long winded due to council consent delays, a high water table and then a cyclone but Narellan Pools HB have been amazing throughout with good communication and advice. We now have an amazing looking pool (Symphony10) - albeit still a work in progress for landscaping (and some sun!) but we've been able to swim in it and looking forward to having it all finished and ready for next summer! Would definitely recommend the team here if you're thinking about a pool A+++

Mike and his team did a fantastic job always only a phone call away if I had a question.    After consulting with all local pool companies, we viewed a pool Mike and his team put in for our friends on a large section, and were massively impressed with what we saw. We had some reservations about how difficult it might be to place a pool in a tricky, tough to reach location on our property. Meeting and discussing our options with Mike, gave us the confidence we needed to back Narellan for our pool install. We also had a spa pool installed at the same time. With absolute authenticity, I am compelled to write a review in support of the Narellan team and Mike for the experience we have had across the whole process. Mike has never over promised and always delivered. He has shown a dedication to getting it right and doing so professionally and promptly. Worthy of note too, has been Mike's willingness to connect us with other tradespeople as part of our wider install, such as builders and fencers, and we have enjoyed positive experiences on all of those fronts too. The team on the ground were always professional and polite, working hard inside reasonable timeframes. Mike is also accessible, answering his phone and calling back if a call is missed. For us, a pool and spa install was not a decision taken lightly, but my wife Lisa and I are happy to advocate for Narellan, and have recommended Mike and Narellan team to other friends. We're proud of our Narellan pools, and see our pool and spa area as a haven for us as a family for many years to come.

   We selected Mike Treadwell and his team after a lot of searching for the right company to install our pool. Mike was professional and upfront with all/any likely costs and/or logistical issues. He also give great ideas for the right location and positioning of the pool. He had good knowledge of his product and helped with suggestions for finishing the poll surrounding area. The pool was completed on time, despite a major problem of not being able to crane or helicopter the pool into position. Mike came up with a solution which was cheaper and worked brilliantly. The final result was we got an award winning pool (third place for a new install) we would fully recommend Narellan Pools Hawkes Bay for anyone looking to get a superb product from a superb and professional company as Mike Treadwell and his team have.
