Hosts were nothing short of extraordinary, welcoming, inviting, and even indulged us in a huge favour of harvesting some rare fallen pohutakawa for woodworking. “We had an excellent stay at Quality Inn Napier! From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with two comfortable queen beds. It was also very quiet, which gave us a restful and uninterrupted sleep each night. They kindly provided a portable double hot plate upon request, which was perfect for preparing our own meals. The toilet and bathroom were spotless—another big plus. Location is also a standout—convenient and walkable to Marine Parade, which made exploring Napier easy and enjoyable. Free parking was spacious and felt very safe, adding to the peace of mind during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!”
