“This one worker her name was Jade, I always see her there and she is the best worker I've ever seen. She once helped me out of a locked changing room, helped a little kid after they tripped, got something for this old lady off a tall shelf, hyped up this girl in some shoes she wanted to buy, and even helped this guy pick out a nice scarf for his wife. Once I accidentally was short five dollars and she payed the rest. This girl is amazing and deserves so much more than she is paid. Praise this woman she is beautiful on the inside aswell as the outside.”

“We wanted a clamshell opening backpack to use for carry-on luggage, Garrett talked us through the features of the pack. The price was more than we intended to pay having seen similar in a competitors store online. We then went to the competitors store intending to purchase the pack but the staff ignored us (we were the only ones in the store and it was pretty obvious we were intending to buy since we'd pulled several packs from the shelves). We went back to Garrett and bought from him - why? Cos he acknowledged us, talked freely with us to assess our needs and showed us our choices all with a smile on his face.
