Needed an urgent purchase for an important early afternoon event & rang that morning to determine if adjustments could be made in-store. I was assured that I’d be taken care of so rocked in there, issued my brief, & staff nailed it first time. After fitting, we agreed that I’d get away without adjustments, which was a bonus. Thompson’s Suits delivered outstanding service again, just like it had many times before when I was growing-up in the Bay.

Hired a suit for the recent ball, staff neglected to inform me about the surcharges i would need to pay if the suit was not returned on time. Before you think that this should just be common sense, i am a 17 year old boy from a not so well off family so this kind of thing is very new to me after getting a job. The staff also attempted to charge me an extra $90 dollars despite the fact the the suit was only returned 4 days late with a $10 dollar daily surcharge rate.
My husband and I were visiting from Tauranga. Hubby bought some trousers and we were delighted to have them hemmed and posted ready to wear within a couple of days. Thanks so much for the helpful and friendly service.
Fantastic, friendly, speedy service! I needed a pair of pants hemmed rather quickly and I took them in on a Sunday and had them back Tuesday. They even delivered to me in Napier. I was so pleased with the service. I will absolutely recommend and return in the future.
