   Ordered US11 shoes, was sent US12, sent them back for exchange asking for correct size... They threw the returned package as unlabeled and forgot about it, when i asked where they were they apologized they forgot about it and promised to send the right size... After 1 1/2 weeks, we received the shoes in the WRONG SIZE AGAIN, US12. We have now sent them back AGAIN wasting 2 weeks just to get the size i ordered. Asked for some fair compensation for some terrible mistakes on the companies end... The manager just says we'll give you 20% your next order, we don't offer compensation for our own mistakes. Hopeless, terrible service, if they manage to mess up the third replacement, i wouldn't even be surprised. The order even said US11/UK10 and they sent UK11/US12 TWICE, even after extra request the first time. To top it off? No fair compensation, despicable company and manager. Worst experience with a store ever, don't support them. Don't shop here, online or in person.

   Wow what a fantastic experience after the horrendous one we had earlier today in the Napier store! Trish could not have been more helpful, she went the extra mile phoning 3 stores trying to source the shoes I was after. Trish please go to Napier store & teach the staff about customer service & friendliness. Thank you.

   Disappointed. The clearance and sale shoes were right next to eachother on the sale shelf under a sign that stated a further 40% off sale items. I asked a sales assistant if they were all a part of the sale and she said yes. I paid for them and then realized it came to more then anticipated. When I asked to swap them they would not exchange clearance items. I understand they are within their fine print rights but think it is bad customer service when the display is not clear, the sales assistant gave the wrong information and not even an exchange was acceptable.

   Shocking customer service, never get approached by them and when asked if they had a size in a shoe I wanted it said low stock online she said “no we don’t have any in store, online does, I don’t know why you don’t just buy online” in a really rude tone. It also costs an extra $10 for shipping. I dread going in here but I just have to sometimes.

   thank you, number one shoes - hastings to be specific, i ordered a pair of pixie boots online in size 8, overnight it was delivered but when i opened the package they were size 9 however... they fit perfectly!! someone in your store is AMAZING they had perfect product knowledge therefore, THANK YOU SO MUCH

   My leather boots are not even 4 days worn and already the coating is lifting off around the ankle- can't believe it. I discarded my receipt but will try to get them changed using my bank card statement. Update - they gave me a full refund.
