   I have visited the Hastings store last week . I was just looking for good sneakers. I was helped by a girl called Ella, not sure if she is the manager of the store. If she is then I would highly recommend that you keep her. She had a world of knowledge and her customer service is out of this world!!! I was looking for sneakers for one of my daughters and didn’t know what I was in for but she made my whole experience like a walk in the park!!! She showed me the different ones and the different price ranges of the sneakers that I was after. She was absolutely amazing, so much so that I’ll be back to get myself some shoes too!!! I just want to say thank you to Ella for Outstanding Customer Service!!! Whatever you do, Ella is a Keeper, your store will do amazing with having someone like her!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
