   Dear Head Officer I am writing to raised a concerns about the service I received from the manager at Number One Shoes Napier today My daughter found a pair of shoes she liked but she couldn’t find her size I asked the manager If there was another size available but she raised her eyebrows and look like she didn’t want to help As a customer I found this behaviour is unprofessional and disappointing especially from a store manager. Good customer service is important and I hope this matter can be looked into to ensure a better experience for another customer in the future
