   Oh how I have missed you. It has been several years since we last met and I still love you so much. Even though the location has changed (the orchard location was better) and also the recipe has been changed a bit, you are still the best ice cream in all of New Zealand. Even though there are so many flavours not here any more, I still managed to find a new favourite which is now Feijoa - yummy. The portions are super generous and well accepted. I will not take so long to come back to you, I promise. A big thanks to the lovely and welcoming staff on our first visit back. See you soon.

   The ice cream is really good, and all the staff are kind and friendly. My favorite is maple walnut! The shop has a cozy vibe, the service was quick and warm. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Hastings. I’ll be back to try more flavors for sure!

   I’ve been coming to this ice cream shop more than a hundred times and have always enjoyed the flavors and service. However, this time I was really disappointed. I ordered two doubles—one was prepared by a young, slim staff member, and the portion was just like usual, generous and nicely done. But the other was made by a more muscular guy, and the portion was noticeably smaller and looked messy, like no care was put into it. As a loyal customer, I’m honestly quite upset. I hope the shop can maintain consistent standards and treat every customer with the same level of care.

   Sad to hear they had to move from their last place due to lease not renewed. Property sold to a petrol company..100 years of this wonderful business and kicked out to another site. Council should be kicked for not supporting this local business. Ice cream is top quality and unique taste. The gardens and setting was something my family and others have come for this wonderful delight. Not the same in shipping containers. Hope sanity prevails and a better site is permanent and lasting. Bring back the ponds and gardens and decor and icecream sundaes with malt and double chocolate and nuts..

   Amazing place for a lovely ice-cream. Their Sundays are also excellent. Above all the customer service by the staff is just superb. I will deficient them every time I go. They have ample parking which is a little next to the creamery.

   So creamy good that I didn't think to take a picture of the ice cream cone itself until after a few big licks. Lots of flavours, but interesting not like super crazy combinations of like cookies and brownies and things that'd overpower you like supermarket ice cream, but more subtle smoothness. Lots of room outside to lounge around and eat under the trees or roof, even if it's a bit nippy outside. Simply cannot beat the price either compared to anywhere.
