   I’ve been shopping at Baby Factory Napier since before my son was born, and I can't recommend them enough! We have brought all the big baby items from there and the staff have always been super helpful and knowledgeable. They showed us how to install the car seat and helped adjust it for my son. I love that they always engage with my little one too – it really makes a difference. Great service every time!

   Tried to buy a highchair remotely for my grandson, unfortunately cannot do click and collect. Rang the store a very helpful salesperson helped me out by suggesting that I buy a E-gift card which was processed in seconds and my grandson had the highchair that afternoon. Thanks for your help.
