I personally enjoy their group classes, as they’re always led by enthusiastic and supportive instructors who make it easy to stay motivated. From yoga to high-intensity interval training (HIIT), the variety of classes available means you can mix things up and keep your workouts interesting. Beyond fitness, the YMCA in Hamilton is great for families and people of all ages. The swimming pool is another standout feature. It's well-maintained, and I love that it’s suitable for both casual swimmers and those who want to focus on fitness. Plus, there are a variety of programs for kids, including swimming lessons, sports camps, and after-school care, making it an ideal place for families to stay active together. “For me personally this dental practice is amazing. When i was growing up i had some traumatic experiences with dentists which lead me to neglect my teeth for a long period of time. I have had 5 appointments carried out by Dr Sachin Sood and i have not one bad thing to say about the man. He does his job very well, very professional. The whole team have done an amazing job to help me through this process of improving my oral health. The dental assistant is fabulous she is very caring and down to earth. Making this experience as smooth as possible. To add to this their prices are very reasonable. Thanks team!!”

“I have just whiled away part of my afternoon in the sublime comfort of the Cambridge White rooms, having my teeth whitened. I've had my teeth professionally whitened before, but never had a result as good as this! My teeth are sparkly and just like new. Even my capped front tooth had colour correction! The ladies are lovely and the rooms sparkle as much as your teeth will. I highly recommend this place. A great addition to Cambridge town!”

The whole experience was wonderful, from the safety aspect I felt safe in allowing the massage knowing I was fully supported by Pauline in all aspects of the experience. It was professional and respectful. Everything flowed naturally and over all it was a very satisfying experience. It was professional and respectful. I would highly recommend this to any man that feels the need to learn more about connecting to the feminine as well as to any women that is invited to be the body experiencing the massage.
