Many thanks to the very helpful and kind assistant who suggested a couple of products for a terrible rash I was experiencing while on holiday in Ragland. One of the creams cleared it right up! Thank you.
Got my ear pierced. The lady was very friendly but unfortunately incapable of using the piercing device. She completely missed the dot she drew. When I pointed that out to her she lied in my face and said she did a great job and it must be the perspective in the mirror. She then agreed to have another go. I had to remove the piercing myself, because she couldn’t get it out again. I then asked her if she feels confident to give it another try which she confirmed. The second time she missed again! By less though. It was very clear that she was not comfortable with the piercing device. Please get her another training. But the fact that she couldn’t admit the struggle and tried to cover it by lying is unacceptable. Terrible experience!

Called ahead a few min before closing to get urgently needed antihistamine and they stayed open a few extra minutes to allow us to get there from the beach... really appreciated!
You can't imagine a more condescending group of people. Do yourself a favor and drive to Hamilton. The staff are pushy and routinely suggest terrible products. Waste of time and money; seek other options.
