Great staff. I was trying to find their simply essentials soap box. No luck but they were really helpful. They checked different aisles, their stock systems and just in case, storage at the back. I'm impressed and will be coming back when I need pharmaceutical and beauty supplies.
I love shopping here. Nice wide aisles, no clutter, areas labelled well, it's so easy to find things. If you can't, the staff are very helpful and friendly. They really make you feel welcome. It's so calm in there. I find the Chemist Warehouse is too overwhelming - shelving too high, big red labels everywhere, skinny aisles, so I much prefer the quiet calm of Bargain Chemist. There is not a lot of parking, but I have never failed to find a spot, even if I have to wait while someone backs out.
Great experienced and friendly staff.. also the pharmacy and pharmacist have Great staff whom will answer your queries and questions with experience
Great store, if you can get a bargain. Pays to do some diligence as its a competitive industry
I used to love bargain chemist but that's been ruined for me after weeks of terrible service from one staff member. Every interaction with her is so unpleasant. She's rude, she talks down to vulnerable people, and clearly hates her job. Unfortunately many people l've spoken to have had similar experiences with her. I have no idea how she has her job when she clearly hates helping people. If I have to return, it will be because I have no other option. I do have to say, the rest of the staff are fantastic with great customer service. Will be going to chemist warehouse from now on. The extra 5 minute drive from will be worth it
Unfriendly staff, watched me like I was going to steal something. This was my 2nd time in there, won’t return. Left without buying anything as felt so uncomfortable.
Incorrectly ticketed/priced items, original price wasn’t honoured nor did they apologise or offer any customer service worthy of alleviating or easing the situation. Staff were all oblivious to customers and sat slumped behind the till bent over gossiping, not a single smile was seen. Do better.
Massive place with a huge selection of decently priced everything. Staff need to smile at least once a day.
Bought some natural deodorant there as I won't use any with aluminium in it. Ridiculously expensive in comparison to the aluminium deodorants but at least they had some.
Great pharmacy that is centrally located & offers free prescriptions for certain medications & very competitive prices on other products. The only gripe I have is the poor customer service at the dispensary - the male staff members come across as quite rude & abrupt at times & are argumentative with each other. This is definitely not a good look for the store, as their bickering can be heard all around the store! It'd be great to see improvements in this area asap.
