“Hi R T. My apologies for not responding to any reviews/feedback because I have no access to responding to reviews till date. I also do apologise for your shopping experience with the worms in your flour. I am just curious to know if it really was at Bin Inn Dinsdale? I am the only owner here who works 7 days a week with no days off, and this experience has never been brought to my attention to my knowledge. I have worked in hospitality industries and come with great problem solving skills, I would have definitely dealt with this issue to the best of my abilities. “Have been a member here for 10 months and have really enjoyed it. Really friendly staff, great facilities and classes are great - really passionate teachers. Sauna is nice too. Gym itself is not too crowded even at peak times.”

“Good little clean gym. Steadily used all day with a warm friendly atmosphere including all abilities. Indoor and private outdoor training areas. Bookable sauna. A disabled toilet and shower area, toilet & shower with a third single toilet on its own. Even the staff are great. I've been a regular user for a few months undergoing rehabilitation, from being a wheelchair user and now to crutches. There hasn't been any problems with everything being on one level.”

“Our family has been coming here for years for eye tests and glasses. Service has always been fantastic from Optometrists and the sales team. My daughter and I visited this week for tests and 4 pairs of new glasses/sun glasses between us. Special thanks to staff memberJessica who spent a lot of time with us helping choose the right frames and styles to suit our individual tastes and ages (a teenager and 50-something mum). She also has great drawing skills!! Highly recommend coming here.”

“The studio is the best pole and aerial sports studio in Hamilton. The studio has three spacious rooms with many options such as pole dancing, hoops, hammocks and yoga. All of the staff and students are lovely and inviting. If it is your first time, you'll be well looked after. The studio has a great variety and number of classes and practice times in comparison to other studios. They can also host hens parties and they do occasional showcases. I've been at the studio for nearly a year and never have I ever felt more at home.”

“Love this place. My kid has been swimming here since she was about 3 or so months, and I have seen her grow up there. All the staff there are really friendly and now they really well. Now she is in mini squad and doesn't want to leave.”

“Took our elderly cat in and we had to unfortunately put him to sleep. Carevets were amazing. So compassionate and caring of our situation. Informed us of each step of the euthanasia process. Wasn't to expensive given it was on a Sunday.”

They had Darcy booked in at their sister clinic Hamilton South at a date convenient to me, provided pain relief and antibiotics and gave me a lot of peace of mind. Ever since my first consultation with CareVets Chartwell I’ve been exclusively taking Darcy to Chartwell and Hamilton South Clinic’s and received top notch customer service. Darcy has never been happier and you guys provide by far the best vet experience for my wee dude that he’s ever had in his 6 years. Thanks for all your team do. The reception team are so knowledgeable and provide great advice and the vet doctors are exceptional at what they do. Worth every cent and will be back again and again in the future instead of using Darcy’s other vet clinic. Thanks heaps!”
