   Today I met the most ignorant, unhelpful and uncooperative receptionist I have ever had the misfortune to encounter! I hope that it was only a ‘Bad Day’, because I am accustomed to professional and skillful staff at other branches.

   I went there first time for a blood test and was surprised to see the attendant not following proper hygiene practices, such as sanitizing hands and wearing gloves. I requested that they at least wear gloves. Given that they interact with numerous people throughout the day, they should be more careful to avoid putting everyone at risk. It was very disappointing.

   Long wait with only 3 people in the waiting room. My appointment was at 0830 and I wasn't seen until 0925. If they give you an appointment time, they too should be on time! Friendly staff otherwise.

   Took my client into get a blood test. Found the lady did not listen to my clients needs. Even when l tried to support my client she turned and gave me a dirty look. The client told her that she refused the blood text. Got up to leave. Nurse Kahu grabbed my clients arm. I asked her to let her go. Very mad service turned around and gave me a tidy look.

   We didn't have an appointment we needed a blood test. We called and asked if we had to make an appointment clear statement no. So we went there No waiting time was taken immediately few safety questions done. No pain I highly recommend.
