   I have been going to Rachel at Back In Action for many years now. She is amazing at her craft and I couldn't be without her. I attend her clinic at least monthly to keep my old body functioning as it should and I'm happy to say I'm still able to run around on a netball court and am nearly hitting 50! She is fantastic with sports injuries and aches and pains that arise every now and again and has a wealth of knowledge to diagnose any pain issues - she will refer to an appropriate specialist when needed, but most of the time she works her own magic to fix me up. I would highly recommend Rachel.
