   Previous experiences have been amazing, really great staff, lovely, helpful and supportive. However, recently got a male pharmacist and had a horrible experience. He didn’t give me a chance to explain my situation and actually spoke over me and made unfair and disrespectful assumptions. Did not care to hear my previous history or clarifications and left as soon as he gave me a form to sign and my medication after a (brief) explanation of side effects. Obviously he assumed because of my age it was okay to treat me like I was stupid and not worth his time. Disgusting and blatantly misogynistic. The female pharmacist we’d dealt with before was AMAZING. Hopefully she gets paid a lot more than him.

   Today I had 2 items I needed ,there were a number of choices, but after my further explanation of my needs the lady got the gentleman pharmacist who was experienced, and with confidence pointed to the 2 recommended items with positive assurance of results( and one was also immediately successful) the other would need a little bit longer and I will try that one too. Thanks for kind and caring attitude.

   I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Clark's Pharmacy in Waihi and was met with the most incredible service, particularly from a staff member named Steph. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, Steph was attentive, compassionate, and exceptionally knowledgeable. She quickly identified exactly what I needed and thoroughly explained everything, ensuring I was well-informed and comfortable with my options. The level of care and expertise exhibited by Steph was remarkable. She's a true gem – her dedication to helping others shines brightly and makes a genuine difference in our community. I'm immensely grateful for people like her who provide such supportive and friendly service. Moreover, I'm struck by the sheer variety and availability of medicines and health products at Clark's Pharmacy. It's a boon to our community, reflecting how far we've come in making healthcare accessible. Not long ago, such a wealth of medical support was not as readily available, and for this progress, we should all be deeply thankful!

   The Pharmacist is so arrogant and not at all concerned for the well being of all sectors of the community! Do yourself a favour and walk up the street to the Unichem pharmacy. Must add that the ladies in Clarks Pharmacy are lovely and deserve a medal for having to put up with his inflated sense of self importance

   Staff are rude and intimidating. Extremely strict on wearing masks, even tho I told them I had an exemption the staff member continued to lecture me on wearing masks. She was very intimidating and didnt listen to me at all. Will never be going back. Found the pharmacy up the road to be much nicer and helpful.

   Nice clean store, has what you need, the ones there always have a smile and come up to ask if you need help, would give 5 stars but the prices are abit hard to swallow and often asking about things you don't really get alot of knowledge from anyone.
