The gym is always impeccably clean and the equipment is of high standard. Top quality Hammer Strength and a very diverse range of strength and cardio equipment. I haven’t been to any group trainings, but they always look full with the same regular faces, so that speaks for that. Thank you Tony and the team at Flex Cambridge for being amazing!”

His analysis was thorough, and he was able to pinpoint what was causing my knee pain and it has improved. His (admittedly painful) maneuvering also cured me of a foot pain that had troubled me for a year and hadn’t improved even after visiting a podiatrist and another physiotherapist. Now he is my go-to physiotherapist whenever I have a physical injury or pain, although it takes a much longer drive to reach him than others.”
