    I’ve had two successful RTT therapy sessions with Karina, the most recent for menopausal symptoms. These sessions have given me significant relief, mentally and physically in that I feel more able to cope, calmer, more in touch with my true self, and what I need to do to nurture that. The recordings from my therapy session continue my progress and help me stay on track on a daily basis. I highly recommend Karina, she genuinely cares and is very skilled in helping woman be their best selves.
