One of the most special aspects of this shop is Ms. Natasha’s love for dogs. Her beloved dog is always by her side, and you can even spot them on Google Street View! “I am a first time mum, and felt overwhelmed by all the brands and what I actually really needed. I sent an email with all I was looking for, and had a reply immediately from Kate, extremely helpful, guiding me to navigate through what would suit us best (not pushy or telling us the most expensive one was best etc) Answered my million questions and we put together a large bundle which we finally went in and paid for yesterday, after Kate going above and beyond with speedily emailing back then spending the time explaining and demo'ing in store. I also love that you can get everything you need from the same shop and there is no pressure, and expert advice, especially on carseats and prams, we learned so much and you can tell Kate knows her stuff and is happy to share any information you ask for. This will be my main shopping spot for all things baby and toddler. Thank you Baby City and thank you Kate. I had also been in a previous 2 times just to look and not buy and the other 2 ladies I met were also friendly and welcoming even though I wasnt ready to purchase yet. “This pharmacy is amazing—the owner couple, the pharmacists, and the retail staff are all wonderful. I visited when I had a skin issue, and the pharmacist listened to me sincerely and recommended the right medication. The retail staff were all friendly as well, and just visiting the pharmacy turned my whole day into a pleasant one. Places like this are rare. It’s one of my favorite spots in New Zealand.”
