Completely ignored, second time in the last two weeks. Same girl, last time it was just her in the shop stayed for 5min looking gave up and left. She was too busy on her phone. This time she was too busy talking to the other girl working there about her weekend to help me. Left after 2min. Giving up on Cotton on Body. Disgraceful service.
Customer Service sucked, the lady that worked there was just rude.

Nice clothes but no point shopping here if you have to wait over 10 minutes not moving in the fitting room line. I understand covid restricti9ns but the changing rooms are far apart so more rhan 2 should be open when you have over 6 of them.
