   I had a recent experience when I stopped to fill up my car with petrol and purchased, what I thought was a double scoop icecream. The manager watched as I was served a one and a half scoop icecream and when I asked where the rest of the 2nd scoop was he said "No!!! that's all your getting." He was very rude, unfortunately, I was late for an appointment so had to go. When I phoned to complain, there was no apology instead he lied and said he remembered me and the he served me a triple scoop. I told him "I knew you would lie, and I absolutely did not order a triple scoop and that it was terrible that he was ripping off his customers." It may seem like a trivial thing but actually if he did this to all his customers, they are gaining by ripping everyone off. This is also in breach of the fair trading act and I quote, "Traders can't behave in a way that is (or is likely to) mislead or deceive. This includes not misleading the public about: the nature, manufacturing process, characteristics, suitability for a purpose, or quantity of goods, and/or. the nature, characteristics, suitability for a purpose, or quantity of services." I would not recommend them to anyone, and if you do have the misfortune of this type of misleading service, it will and should be reported. There is a pretty hefty fine if you are found to be in breach of the fair traders act!! And the only reason I rated 1 star is so I could post this comment. I will be telling as many of my friends and family. Appalling service!!!
