   Amazing Shop in terms of variety and quality of clothing, not only are you being more sustainable by purchasing pre loved clothing you know your money is also going into a good cause. Costumers service quality varies depending on the people running the shop. While all are nice in my opinion some aren't as welcoming nor friendly as others. Amazing shop overall.

   The best op shop in NZ! By far ! I can’t believe this shop doesn’t have over a thousand 5 star reviews . The volunteers are so yummy , helpful , sweet , caring and informative , every single person was . From the gorgeous lady who took the time to cut lots of fabric for me , the sweet lady on the counter who was so helpful. The store…. Well it is AMAZING!!! So beautifully laid out . So thoughtful the way it is all put together . Beautiful quality , exceptionally great pricing and such a joy. It was well worth the trip down from Auckland . The team here clearly is passionate , dedicated and cared for . Such a blessing to the community and to everyone who is lucky enough to walk through the door .

   Shop itself is cool- customer service is terrible. Came in at 1pm and was served by an old woman with a bob and glasses. She was extremely rude to my partner and I, complaining that we wanted to use pay wave because we didn’t have cash on us. Shaking your head and calling us ridiculous is extremely hypocritical. Didn’t realise pushing one button was so strenuous! Whoever this woman is should not be in customer service as she clearly has no social skills.

   This op shop has a huge range of primo second hand clothing and bric a brac. Located on the north end of Victoria Street here in Hamilton, please call in. Breast cancer is a reality that consistently needs funding. Such a noble cause.
