    I wandered into the Red Cross Second Hand Store in Hamilton Everything looks kind of okay at first glance, like it’s been polished just enough to fool the casual shopper, but lean in closer and you’ll find rust, cracks, and the faint sound of your wallet weeping. To be fair, it is for charity, and I love supporting a good cause—but when I can buy a brand-new frying pan at Kmart for less than their “pre-loved” one with mystery burn marks, I start wondering if I should just donate directly and skip the shopping. In short: great cause, questionable pricing strategy. Unless you’re collecting rusty treasures or training for a future appearance on “Pawn Stars,” maybe browse with your eyes only.

    I just went to the red cross in Hamilton central. I've never really been impressed but even less so. Management need to do some price comparisons with the likes of k mart and the warehouse...cause your prices are ridiculous. I doubt your sales are that great. A dented and scratched small cake tin for $5 and one wine glass for $8 yeah NAH

    I visited a few second hand shops and found this one to be really well organized and tidy with a good variety of clothing to suit all ages. Reasonably priced items in clean condition. I found similar items at other second hand stores in town that were double the price and in worser condition.

    Really overpriced, I saw a small decorative teapot for $30 and a tired hat holder for $50. Not worth the trip in my opinion.

Do away with McDonalds toys. * Some items were over-priced * Manager that decided to examine the item, and question ( not me ) if it was priced correctly WOULD I COME BACK * Yes, of course
