   I've recently had great experiences with this store, which is such a turn around since it was set to close end of last year. Previously I hardly visited, but since the combination of price match, bubs club 5% discount and some unique products have become available, I've been finding myself in store (and purchasing) more often! To top it off, the customer service over the phone and in person with Tammy is excellent!

   That is the one of the bad customer service place, and I was buy my baby high feeding chair. in that chair is missing parts. then I went back to the shop agin. I buy a maxi cosi car seat too for my baby. I asked them what was the manufactured date this car seat. they were hide about manufactured date . then they sell me that car seat made on 2024. So, I never going again to that place. Thank you.

   I am a first time mum, and felt overwhelmed by all the brands and what I actually really needed. I sent an email with all I was looking for, and had a reply immediately from Kate, extremely helpful, guiding me to navigate through what would suit us best (not pushy or telling us the most expensive one was best etc) Answered my million questions and we put together a large bundle which we finally went in and paid for yesterday, after Kate going above and beyond with speedily emailing back then spending the time explaining and demo'ing in store. I also love that you can get everything you need from the same shop and there is no pressure, and expert advice, especially on carseats and prams, we learned so much and you can tell Kate knows her stuff and is happy to share any information you ask for. This will be my main shopping spot for all things baby and toddler. Thank you Baby City and thank you Kate. I had also been in a previous 2 times just to look and not buy and the other 2 ladies I met were also friendly and welcoming even though I wasnt ready to purchase yet. The store itself is clean, easy to move around, not cluttered and well organized.

   Came in to look for an adapter , the lady behind the counter “greeted” me with a rude tone , as if she wanted me to get to the point. When I explained what I needed she speedily told me they don’t have what I’m looking for, I wanted to have a look around but her attitude was so disgraceful, I was dismissed . Look at your previous reviews and see that this is not the first time people have complained. Mums are really not the ones to give your stinky attitude towards (no one is) , we are your target audience aren’t we? Baby factory didn’t have what I needed but they graciously took the time to explain to me with genuine interest. They even referred me to Farmers, Baby City and elsewhere to get what I need (that’s the extra mile) . As your previous reviews state, please be mindful of the field you are in.

   Hate to give a 1 star but the customer service was horrible, didn't even get greeted when we walked in. We spent about 5mins looking at car seats, no help offered at all. Definitely won't be going back.
