The customer service team here is absolutely amazing! They have created such a safe, friendly space, always making you feel welcome. You can tell how much pride they take in their product knowledge. Every time I’ve been in, they’ve gone above and beyond to help with absolutely everything I’ve needed. As a first-time mum, they’ve made me feel so comfortable asking questions (even the ones that might feel a bit silly) and never make me feel rushed or judged. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they make the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares this much about their customers – I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
Went in today to get a car seat, and my sister came with me to ask a few questions with her new baby coming. Firstly - my experience getting a car seat was incredible. Very easy process and Mikayla came and tried out 3 different car seats in my car before we chose which would be the best for our needs and car. Made sure baby was comfortable and secure and I felt very confident in the choice we have made. Thank you!! Next - my sister has specific needs due to a spinal cord injury and has been told by other retailers that there isn’t anything that could be done to help her specific need. Amy was able to provide her with a solution that has not only countered part of her issues, but gone beyond what my sister was ever hoping for or expected. If you are someone who has additional needs then we both HIGHLY recommend popping in and seeing these incredible ladies. If they don’t have the solution in their store then they will do what they can to show you where to look. Thank you so much!! My sister was crying from relief and happiness that there was going to be a way she could get her baby in and out of her car safely. The service and knowledge here is second to none and I appreciate and recommend them with everything I possibly could.

The baby on The Move team are fantastic. As a person with a disability I find it difficult to fit my son's carseat they have helped me refit it on more than one occasion often without charge. They are knowledgeable about carseats and the products they offer. I walk away from baby on the move informed and safe in the knowledge my son is safe in his seat.
