Dreadfully sour attitude from the woman behind the counter with big glasses. Her colleagues seem nice enough, but are sadly overshadowed by the general aura of yuckiness emanating from the awful lady there. There are other shops around that I frequent, but usually skip right past this one.
The most unfriendly op-shop I’ve ever had the misfortune to stumble in to. This is directed to the sour “lady” on the counter with the ridiculous big glasses. All I can say is, I feel for the poor orphans. Much more money could be going to the kids if management decided to replace the angry crone and pop someone lovely on the counter. Such an easy fix. Just a shame.
You can buy / bargain and buy things and help orphans…!

I go to this 2nd hand shop often. It's in a township so there are a few shops around it but also 4 or 5 other op shops within the same township. The store can seem cluttered, and needs a spruce up... have found some good items from this place. The ladies running the store are friendly and helpful.
Great op shop. Care and attention are clearly taken by the staff here. The clothing always seems clean and often crisp (likely have been ironed) - which is fantastic. The staff are very nice and friendly. Most items are priced well and cheap. Always a nice feeling visiting here.
THE ONE STAR IS DIRECTED AT THE SOUR LADY AT THE TILL. THE ONE WITH THE BIG FRAMED GLASSES. YOU SHOULD REALLY BE ASHAMED OF YOUR OVERALL ATTITUDE TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS. WE WERE VERY PLEASANT TO YOU. YET, YOU WERE VERY RUDE, STAND-OFFISH. OVERALL, YOU WERE VERY UNPLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. AND A BAD EXAMPLE TO HAVE AT THE FRONT OF THIS CHARITY ORGANISATION. PERHAPS, YOU NEED A REMINDER THAT IT'S THE SAME PEOPLE THAT BUY FROM YOUR SHOP THAT WILL ALSO SUPPORT YOUR SHOP WITH DONATED GOODS.....WHICH SUPPORTS YOUR CHARITY. I WILL NEVER DONATE TO THIS SHOP. IF YOU DON'T LIKE PEOPLE, I SUGGEST YOU MOVE TO A JOB WHERE YOU HAVE NO PEOPLE CONTACT.
