They are happy to sell Converse Shoes but not laces… how frustrating. They suggested going to a shoe shop! Hello they are a shoe shop! Go online she said… no wonder retail is dying.
I wasn’t given a new item — instead, I received the display piece from the mannequin without being told beforehand. If I had known, I probably would have just purchased it from Melbourne. It’s not a huge issue, but when paying full price, most customers would expect a brand-new item rather than the display one.
I never shop for clothes yet had a field day here. Very helpful and courteous service and I even found some blinding deals in the ‘Sale’ section. Very recommended!
Staff member was incredibly rude and took what I was looking at out of my hands and gave it to someone else. Was very unapologetic and didn’t seem to care. There were things I needed but ended up leaving because of the staff. Not good for tourists and would not recommend.
Fantastic service. The sales woman didn't even need to ask me my size yet everything she picked out fitted! Very happy customer with 3 new purchases!
