   Tried to buy my partner a Christmas present on Christmas Eve. Was advised the wrong size and when I tried to return was told no refund and there were no other sizes available. Spoke to the owner on the phone who was extremely rude and nasty and would not do the right thing and refund shoes. Was told to put them on Trademe to get my money back. Walked out the store leaving the shoes and $200 out of pocket. Awful business completely ripped me off. Would avoid.

   Love love love this store. Beautiful selection of fabulous shoes, boot, sandals and altho they have a few bags , it's was boots I was after and boots i purchased Caring customer service

   Been in here a couple of times recently. Both times planning to purchase shoes. Unfortunately both times I've not been spoken to or acknowledged despite the staff not being busy. Have left & purchased shoes elsewhere.

   We received a pair of shoes that were faulty (by design) and Paula was very helpful getting the supplier to rectify the issue on my behalf. Shopping here you know that you will get very good customer service from a team who really cares about their customers.

   An Aladdins cave of shoes for the whole family. I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful especially Beryle at the Queenstown shop. She will always go the extra mile for you. A gem.

   My best friend told me that "my shoes were really letting down my outfit" and that I better head right over to see Carol at our local "Shoes Unlimited", located right on the rotary in Frankton. Since my best friend always gives me good advice I decide to head right there (while still in my outfit) and see if I can find some shoes. I explained the situation to Carol and the fact that my right foot swells up quite a bit in warm weather (old lady fat foot is what I call it) and that has a big impact on which shoes look good on me. Nothing strappy around the ankle and hopefully something I can wear in the winter as well. With that brief, Carol got to work. Quickly going through her extensive stock and soon I had several spot on choices in front of me, I got excellent impartial feedback from the staff and ended up with an awesome pair of shoes at a great price. This experience reminded me of how important it is to find the right shop, with great staff and then LISTEN to them.
