“Fabulous coffee and food! Highly recommend the filter coffee, check what’s on offer each day as it changes, I had a very nice single origin Ethiopian. Espresso also great. And, very tasty food, we had breakfast 3 days in a row and can recommend the granola, also had poached eggs and bacon with a house made rosti in place of bread to make it gluten free (gf bread also an option). Staff are super helpful and friendly :)”

“PRECINCT cafe at Otago Museum is my regular place to catch up with colleagues and friends over coffee. Today, I had jasmine lime tea, which was incredibly refreshing and organic, instead of a tea bag. I love their gluten-free carrot cake. The staff were attentive and friendly as usual and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Overall, Precinct Café offers an exceptional dining/coffee experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Dunedin.”

“Really good food, but very small portions for the price. Look, I don't mind paying a lot of money for good food, but giving an amazing bene with one piece of bread instead of two saves you $0.10 and takes away my full enjoyment of the meal. I would be posting a 5 star review if I just received two pieces of bread.”
