Delicious fresh food, friendly staff. The sushi is delicious & a new fave is the crispy pork on rice, so juicy and flavourful! Looking forward to trying the Filipino dishes during cruise ship season. Recommend to all.
Craving Filipino food, I felt so lucky to stumble upon this little shop at our first port in New Zealand! We had crispy pata—the skin was perfectly crispy, while the meat stayed juicy. The free soup was a comforting bonus that warmed my soul. Sometimes, overseas Filipino spots truly outshine those back home!
Freshly cooked pinoy food. Small cozy space but always worth visiting. Makes you feel at home.
Sushi made fresh when ordered. Small space. Ordered pork and dinaguan. They both are highly recommended filipino dishes. The soup that accompanied the meal was perfect, moreish, and flavoursome. The service was very welcoming and friendly.
Chicken on rice w/teriyaki and Mayo is great value. Was gifted a tasty miso soup by Johnny, great on a cold Port day

The sushi is ALWAYS fresh daily and sometimes made to order if time permits. Nice range of options including non-sushi hot meal choices, the place is clean and the owners are very friendly. We know because we're practically half-nori by now!
