   I want to bring a serious issue to your attention regarding my recent experience. I had ordered a cheese pizza for my daughter, who was crying badly because she hurt her knee. In that stressful moment, I accidentally placed the order at the North Dunedin Pizza Hut instead of the South one. When I reached the store, I realised the mistake. I immediately called a friend and asked her to pick it up, but she could only reach after half an hour. Meanwhile, my daughter was still crying in the car due to her injury, so I ordered again from the South store and asked another friend to pick it up while I took my daughter home to put a bandage on her knee. When my friend reached the South store, your staff began arguing and accusing us of wasting food. I clearly acknowledged that I made a mistake and I was happy to pay for both orders. But this does not give your staff the right to misbehave, speak rudely, or force my friend to call me so they could talk to me. No staff member has the right to pressure someone into talking to an unknown person. If you are also the owner of the North Dunedin store, I apologise for the wasted pizza — my daughter’s safety and comfort were my priority in that moment. But the behaviour we experienced at your South store was unacceptable.

   I ordered an extra-large vegetarian pizza, but they gave me a ham pizza. When I returned it, they only gave me a medium vegetarian pizza, even though I paid for extra-large. This is very bad service. The staff were not behaving well and did not fix the problem properly. I am really unhappy with this experience.

   After a night of playing games at the hobby store I was craving for good food so I decided to give the Pizza Hut in South Dunedin a go. AND THANK GOODNESS I DID! The food came almost immediately and was very delicious! I definitely will come back here again when I cravings return.

   Entirely wrong pizza arrived by delivery and was told to make a complaint on the website with no solution or refund offered. Was a meat-lovers, not a veggie pizza. Extremely poor service and shirking of any professional responsibilities or basic decently.

   The chick was serving me, n the idian dude came out snapped at her n told her to go put the back, he came served me, restarted the order. I forgot what i ordered had to start again.. He was cold and not customr friendly at all. Then i remembered i gave the chick some money n he threw it at me. Very rude man.

   Got given wrong order than what we asked for so went back in an told them, boss came to counter and was rude an didnt want to fix it but made him, then when gave him the money extra we had to pay he chucked my change into my hand an gave me a rude look like it's my fault. Don't see why he is there if he don't like his job or servings people verry rude

   Indian man on the phone maybe the manager, was super rude to my partner saying there was no such thing as a pizza that existed on their sight and does exist as we have ordered before. Then hung up on him when he tried to change it for something else instead. Really rude bad service not the first time these things have happened. Very disappointing

   The worst experience i ever had. First of all they have been messing around all the orders i have been waiting for almost 2 hrs one lady who came before me was was waiting more than 2 hrs. Staff was testing our patience. They keep telling that you will get your pizza in 10 mins....in 7 mins....but that was the longest 10 and 7 mintes which turned into 2 hrs. There was a senior guy who i talked that when you going to give us the meals he said ok show me ur phone i will make ur pizza now. I tried but in the end one pizza was missing and mostly all the food was cold.. i will never go there again and also advice other people to save their precious time and spend their valuable time and money somewhere else. This is the worst customer service i have ever seen. And one of the guy started abusing in his language which is unacceptable. They should shut down their business.

   Why is this pizza sad? Because it should be a loaded pepperoni. But it's not. It's a hawaiian. I was the only person in the shop. I ordered my loaded pepperoni. 12 minutes said the guy. More than half an hour later I asked where my loaded pepperoni was. 2 minutes said the guy. 5 more minutes and I finally got my pizza. I went home. I opened the box. I was sad, like the pizza. So I took it back. "Where is my loaded pepperoni?" I asked. "We will have to make it for you" was the reply. The shop was full of people. I didn't want to wait another 37 minutes so after making a bit of a fuss I got a refund. I went down the road to Dominos. I got a loaded pepperoni in 10 minutes. Thank you Dominos. I will be back.
