   I had the chicken and cashew nuts ($18). Very generous portion, everything was well cooked, lots of veges, not too salty. Only thing was I thought it would come with some rice, it didn't, I didn't see signage about this, but it was very tasty so didn't actually miss the rice.

   Im really disappointed in this shop. I've been buying blue cod and chips for a long time, but now they are cutting the blue cod fillet in half but charging a premium rate for the same. Poor form Kings wok.

   King Wok Chinese Takeaway in Mosgiel is my go-to for quick, delicious eats. The menu covers everything from classic Chinese and burgers to standout fish-and-chips, prawn twisters, and even a tasty lasagna toppa—always cooked to perfection. Their family combo meals pack three or four dishes into one extremely affordable bundle and make feeding a crowd effortless. Add in lightning-fast service and genuinely friendly staff, and you’ve got a winner. Highly recommended for quality, value, and speed

   Mostly good, however I ordered chicken Chow Mein with fried rice (fried rice was an extra $2) what I got was half fried and half white rice. The vegetables were very hard and difficult for me to eat. My husband and daughter ordered sweet and sour chicken with noodles. The chicken was very tasty and cooked to their liking. The noodles had a very strange texture to them and were a little undercooked. Would go there again and try different dishes. Staff were friendly enough

   It's taken a few years, but have now found a takeaways that does great fish & chips (crispy battered hoki) and Chinese takeaways that aren't too salty with soya sauce, and chunky chicken pieces in the chicken chow mein and chicken fried rice.

   Phone call order was a mistake, we payed for wat they thought they heard. Not happy with the cook of food, feel riped off takeaway. Will not order there again fried products.
