    Had a prawn saag last night and it would seem that there are new owners and new chiefs? as I usually get a medium prawn saag but this time it was excessively hot not like previous visits?

    One of the best Indian restaurant in Dunedin. Food was great and service also nice. Had another visit for lunch today. Food was ok, it would have been even better if they reduce oil in every dish. Felt bit oily in kadai chicken and Chicken biriyani.

    Another Great Indian restaurant. Good location next to mornington countdown. Plenty of carpark. We had ordered a lot of dishes for 6 people. Quality of food was good but some curry there were not lots of sauce though like other restaurants. The cutlery were heavy on the handle side . We kept dropping them from the plate to table, pretty annoying. Service was good. Bathroom was clean. However, they over charged our naans. Luckily we checked our bills, they refunded without too much fuss. Oh and in the shop is quite small so quite echo if restaurant is full.

    I was a bit skeptical about all the positive reviews, but they are all true. This is absolutely the best Indian restaurant in Dunedin. We ordered takeaway, and the first thing I noticed was how amazing the food smelled on the drive home. Upon opening the containers, the aromas intensified and we were greeted with curries filled with whole curry leaves, black mustard seeds, coriander and generous portions of chicken and prawns. The flavours were incredible. The garlic naan had a very generous sprinkling of garlic. We also ordered the cauliflower and broccoli ‘rices’. The cauliflower rice was delicious, but if I was to knock one thing it was the broccoli rice having a slightly bitter taste to it. Not enough to tarnish the experience. Amazing food, will be back!

    Best curry!! Best cauliflower rice!! beautiful fresh,hot and silky butter chicken. I really love the portion size, very generous with huge chunks of chicken. This will be my regular indian takeaway now. Highly recommend you try.
