“Two weeks ago I was on a cruise to New Zealand. I had had a procedure done prior to leaving Australia and it became infected on the seas. I was hanging to get to Dunedin to get assistance. The staff were just such lovely helpful people right from the moment I arrived to my departure. I was taken care of so professionally by everyone, things were done so I could get back on the ship by days end. A specialist was called, she was just wonderful. All in all the very best experience in an emergency in my life. (I've had a few). Thankyou to everyone, you are a shining beacon to others with your professionalism and empathetic care. My hubby needed a hearing test plus we needed to do a few messages in town so I accompanied him to his test, the lovely receptionist offered us coffee while we waiting, coffee was good! Guy that did the hearing test was very thorough, explained everything in normal language and answered all the questions we had, he was very professional and accommodating. Great service all round.”
