The Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques that we have used have been key to providing me with tools to recognise excessive reactions in myself and to centre these reactions more appropriately. I have no reservations in recommending Jeannie Horn to anyone seeking to manage their mental health in a productive and caring environment that really gets results.”
