    My appointment was canceled at the last minute, due to understandable circumstances, but they offer little flexibility in rescheduling, or transferring our credit, to accommodate the additional costs incurred to the client in travelling into Dunedin for the 1 and only day they could reschedule to. Left with no options prior to traveling overseas. Although the receptionist was friendly about it, I would have hoped for flexibility on the credit we hold there when the rescheduling was out of my control.

My technician at least was very accommodating kind and most importantly transparent about the service I was getting businesses practices etc

    Highly rate their services, expertise, amiability, and general eae I've felt after utilising their laser service for the past 4 or so sessions so far. I found heaps of value in it, especially when they were doing a 50% off a laser bundle, that I purchased a couple. I can say on my end that the laser does work quite well in reducing hair, I'm only halfway through the usual 8 treatments and I'm genuinely excited to see how well it works for me. Their skincare products have also been working for me. Kate has been awesome and a genuine credit to the team at Groom! Thanks very much for your care thus far.
