   Love the rock climbing gym! Rhys was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, helpful and informative, helping me and my group to feel safer and smarter about climbing. Rhys provided a phenomenal experience that I would recommend to anybody at any level of climbing. Hope to see him here for years and years to come!

   Now, this review is based on picking up race bags for the Queenstown Marathon (I'm fat and tired and did the 10km, don't judge but it's quicker to the pub and every time I do a Half Marathon I can't walk right for a few days!) Anyway, place us nice, has all the amenities and will be a lot better when eventually the finish the Francton roundabout!

   Awesome place. Affordable membership you can easily cancel anytime. Gym has everything you need. It is usually very crowded after 4pm. There is a nice swimming pool and hot pool as well.

   We visited the pools while on holidays in Queenstown. My 17.5 year old son was charged entry as an adult at the front counter, then not allowed in the hot tubs because he “looks too short for his age and doesn’t have ID.” My three children followed a group of other kids to the large pool, where a group of kids were bombing, jumping and doing flips. My kids tried to join in but an adult with the other group said to a supervising staff member “those kids aren’t with us, so you can yell at them all you like.” The supervising staff member then verbally abused my children in front of onlookers and threatened to kick them out of the pool. We left after this feeling so embarrassed and uncomfortable. I really don’t think they like tourists here. The pool itself was otherwise nice to enjoy.

   In big white letter it's says close 9pm.on the entrance door - when I enter the swim area .. the desk staff mentioun nothing . So got changed and sit down in hot.pool ..and speaker announced . We close in 10min. What a waste of my money . 5 min hot pool experience. And no refund offered .

   Great facilities and lots of parking available. You can book the court for tennis / Table Tennis / basketball etc for an hourly rate. There’s a rock wall in the court and a big field outside for football games. There’s a gym, pool, and classes for those interested.
