   From the moment I arrived to see Dr Birks about my ankle reconstruction ,.and walking into the Manaaki surgical wing,I I felt like I had the full undivided attention from the receptionist who greeted us with a cheerful smile as we walked in . From the Young student Nurse right thru all the staff who looked after me , they cannot improve on perfection , I can’t say thank you enough . The only thing they could’ve done better was for one of them to have the operation apart from me. It’s great to see a fantastic team, enjoying the day at work and sharing great banter and humor with their patients in their time of need ,So well done 11 out of 10 for effort, etc.. So if anyone’s reading this don’t panic you’re in great hands .My heart felt thanks to the morning shift on the 14/3/2025 …..

   Excellent level of care. Staff are very professional and compassionate. Cafe onsite for coffee and light eats for visitors and room service meal options for the patients. Carparking is available on site and is limited (better to get there early). I arrived at 10am one day and needed to park quite far down the street but got a park later in the day very easily. This hospital has a very high standard of Healthcare.

   Top quality care, the nurse I had was karishma she was amazing. She had excellent bedside manner and making sure I knew what was going on extremely polite and professional and made feel completely comfortable like I was at home. Out of all the nurses I've dealt with over the years she was a cut above them all
