I went for my over due eye test yesterday and the whole experience was a delight.everyone was so professional, thorough and friendly, I was very impressed. The hearing test as a bonus was a welcome addition. I would highly recommend a consultation with your staff if only to put your mind at rest.
A large store and has a good selection of glasses to choose from. Staffs are good and has plenty of space to sit and wait it walking in. The eye tests are okay. Ben was good who assisted me to buy glasses with better deal. His customer service was genuine.
Excellent service - professional & thorough eye examination followed by very helpful guidance on frame selection from Craig & Hannah. Technical options & costings were explained clearly by Hannah who was then very efficient in doing the fittings.
Feel like this store has really upped their game since I was last there 2 years ago! Plenty of staff on the shop floor and conducting the eye tests, waiting times were short and all examinations were really professional. Really appreciate that the optometrists quickly picked up on a problem with one of my eys and referring me to the hospital - I had no idea that there was anything wrong, it clearly pays to get a regular eye check even if you think everything is fine with your eyes. Thanks again.
They were great, no issues with anything, but for some reason they felt the need to confirm the appointment via text, email, & phone call, then follow up with emails about how great I am for using their service. Happy with the service, but I hear from them more than I hear from my own parents.
Everyone at Specsavers Dunedin was so helpful, and made my first eye test and glasses selection process simple! Johnathan helped me to work out which glasses to buy and was very upfront about pricing. I thoroughly recommend Specsavers to anyone who may be feeling a bit nervous about getting an eye test and/or glasses like I was, they were so kind!
