I had the most incredible 90 min massage today with Mickey. The balance between “treatment”and relaxation was perfect and so was the pressure. My partner booked me a massage here after reading the high reviews and it did not disappoint!
The best massage I have ever had!! Incredible service from Tom. Focused on deep muscular and tissue work with my legs post half marathon. It was clear he had a strong understanding of the human body and key focus points for tension relief. I left feeling amazing. Tom was friendly, relatable and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend.
I highly recommend Tom from the Muscle Mechanics. I felt that he listened to my needs up front and tailored the massage accordingly. He was friendly, knowledgeable and I personally liked how he used the natural movement of my body to aid mobility during the massage.
My experience was excellent. Matthew is personable, professional, and clearly skilled. He creates a safe, welcoming environment and seems attuned to individual styles and needs. I'm always very pleased after each visit. I've had focused sports massage as well as generalised relaxation massage with the Mechanics, and every visit has been worth it. The Dunedin studio is warm, clean and tidy, and in a very convenient spot in the central city. If you have an ongoing issue you need help to alleviate, or just want to treat yourself, I very much recommend The Muscle Mechanics.
