   I have no idea why people are giving such bad reviews on this place. EVERY medical centre has wait times, my mother and sister are at 2 different medical centres and they both have to wait upto an hour to get seen. Not to mention my sister had to wait 2 and a half weeks at her centre for an urgent appointment because she was BLEEDING. Which is absolutely insane! It’s actually horrific. Personally my partner, son and I have had great experiences with waiting times for appointments and wait times for getting an appointment itself. Some people just LOVE to winge- and all of these people that have left bad reviews are those people. Go to any other centre and you will see the wait time for an appointment is no different. You can always get a same day urgent appointment here as well- which is incredible if you have children and babies especially! I have a 2 year old son and we have belonged to this centre for years- and I have ALWAYS been able to get a same day urgent appointment for him when he is sick, knocked his head or has ear infections- which he has had a bad run with etc. All of these doctors and nurses are fantastic, caring and so professional. Super great with kids as well. I genuinely wouldn’t change or go to another medical centre! The staff here need a raise or a medal for how awesome they are/ have been. 100 stars!!

   Communication from reception initially was good. It seemed a REAL long time to wait for the appointment in the waiting room. They advertise they care about patient time?. The appointment it's self was quick. Regardless of the outcome, a follow-up would be fair and courtesy... this I am waiting.

   Broadway medical centre is an absolute joke. Transferred as i moved from Christchurch. Over the last couple of months, any appointment i have made is either cancelled/rescheduled or when I can finally get a confirmed appointment time i’ve had to wait over 45+ minutes to see them over the confirmed appointment time. My 5pm appointment turned into a 6:15pm and no apology or letting me know the doctor was running behind. The service is absolute abysmal and when i made a complaint with reception she just looked at me with a blank face and no attempt to apologise or rectify the situation. I would absolutely not recommend and will be changing gps due to the continuous terrible service and constantly running behind on more than one occasion.

   Have been with broadway since I was a kid. Every time I had an appointment I had to wait 45+ minutes even after letting them know that I’d been waiting 20+ minutes to see a doctor. Didn’t get any support from this issue, also find the doctors are extremely unhelpful. Been about constant skin problems 7?? times and yet not one doctor knew. Whereas when I transferred doctors they knew from the first appointment.

   Worst practice in duedin. would avoid at all cost. The reception people Have had countless communication errors with the reception staff that has cost me abit, going back and forward to chemist and doctors, never get calls back and prescriptions are never signed this has haopened every month so not a once off. So If you want quick efficient non judging people this isn't the one for yoh

   Very disappointed that a receptionist advised me that my son would require more medical help than they could probably give. Then the nurse didn't follow the instructions given which caused more drama. Use to get good service from the practice but now feel it's gone down hill. If GPS weren't short on the ground would consider going else where

   Not a very nice Receptionist. Was told to go for a walk because they we're trying to keep numbers down in their waiting room. It was raining and I had my little girl with me. I was 37mins early for my appointment. A little bit of empathy goes a long way. I travelled a 45min trip. I'm visiting the Dr's because I'm unwell and the last thing I want to do is walk the Streets of the city to kill time. Unacceptable!!!
