“Great pen drives nicely on the paper high quality”
“Moved to NZ with my partner and was helped by Rebecca, Chanel and Asha. They were all so kind and friendly while providing amazing service and support in getting our accounts started. It was very helpful and I really appreciated their care and time in making sure we had everything we needed. Special thanks to Rebecca though, for especially going above and beyond with helping me. Thank you!”
“Great experience got my AA card sent out fast. Cheers Nathan for prompt help and understanding”
“I love this place. They treated me and my family with the highest of respects and they watched over my 3 nephews and niece till I got there from Hamilton. They provide WAY more then I thought they would and everything we need was right the with no arguments, no attitudes or dirty looks they were the best and my heart is full of love for the nurses, doctors, surgeons, cleaners, laundry, reception JUST Everyone and I can't thank them enough”
“I want to write a review especially after being treated terribly at a different medical center. The doctors, nurses and receptionist were all super friendly to me when I visited. I understand it’s been a long day for them, yet they’re still showing a lot of empathy and care which made up for the little accident I got.”
“Super quick responsive support from a very professional, empathetic and friendly service.”
“Provide excellent efficient service. Managed to fit in urgent an appointment and give great advice. Finally someone who listens and understands. Thank you to Dr Goudie and receptionist Gina.”
“Wonderful attentive care at Mosgiel Health Centre always”
“Had a really good experience . Everyone was super helpful, from the receptionists to the nurses. A big thanks to my GP, Dr. Gareth Keat—I really felt heard and cared for. The whole team made everything easy and stress-free. Definitely appreciate the great service!”
“Two weeks ago I was on a cruise to New Zealand. I had had a procedure done prior to leaving Australia and it became infected on the seas. I was hanging to get to Dunedin to get assistance. The staff were just such lovely helpful people right from the moment I arrived to my departure. I was taken care of so professionally by everyone, things were done so I could get back on the ship by days end. A specialist was called, she was just wonderful. All in all the very best experience in an emergency in my life. (I've had a few). Thankyou to everyone, you are a shining beacon to others with your professionalism and empathetic care. I wish you all the very best for the future. Again THANK YOU.”
“Came here for a couple weeks for a winter getaway. Was not disappointed! Outstanding service from the gourmet dining in to the karaoke lounge room classes. If you are visiting Dunedin this is the place to stay! Luxurious bedding, breakfast in bed and they even have a a tennis court. There’s no time for boredom at the Wakari resort; if you’re not out shooting hoops or taking a piss there’s a huge selection of essential oils to smell at the reception area. If I haven’t convinced you yet picture yourself in front of a flat screen tv relaxing to informercials, creating masterpieces in the spacious art area or cigarette but collecting in the beautiful gardens with your new friends. This place truly has it all.”
“I have no idea why people are giving such bad reviews on this place. EVERY medical centre has wait times, my mother and sister are at 2 different medical centres and they both have to wait upto an hour to get seen. Not to mention my sister had to wait 2 and a half weeks at her centre for an urgent appointment because she was BLEEDING. Which is absolutely insane! It’s actually horrific. Personally my partner, son and I have had great experiences with waiting times for appointments and wait times for getting an appointment itself. Some people just LOVE to winge- and all of these people that have left bad reviews are those people. Go to any other centre and you will see the wait time for an appointment is no different. You can always get a same day urgent appointment here as well- which is incredible if you have children and babies especially! I have a 2 year old son and we have belonged to this centre for years- and I have ALWAYS been able to get a same day urgent appointment for him when he is sick, knocked his head or has ear infections- which he has had a bad run with etc. All of these doctors and nurses are fantastic, caring and so professional. Super great with kids as well. I genuinely wouldn’t change or go to another medical centre! The staff here need a raise or a medal for how awesome they are/ have been. 100 stars!!”
“A great experience at the urgent Doctors. I arrived and gave all my details to the lovely receptionist. After 5 minutes I spoke to the triage nurse regarding my problem. I was directed to sit down again in the waiting room and after 15 minutes I was called to room 1. The doctor was so thorough with my assessment and diagnosis. I was so impressed with her even down to finding the chemist that was open the earliest to send my script to 10/10”
“I went in for an eye check. Reception was excellent. The eye check went very smoothly. I had a good experience.”
“Well and truly looked after in the last couple of days by the ED staff. I was checked on often and informed about wait times ect which I appreciated. Offered refreshments while waiting too. Very good care and very friendly staff. Thankyou”
“BNZ were so respectful, helpful, kind & understanding. Each person at BNZ that my Mum & I spoke with was consistently kind & effective in getting Mums finances in order, as she was dying. It was very important that all her finances were in order, & they were very respectful of that goal, & were efficient.”
“Saw after hours doctor on the weekend. From the receptionist to the doctor, they were so kind. Was seen in twenty mins. Appreciate your hard work and dedication.”
“I don't get why the reviews here are so low, just because it's a clinic and you go there because of something that's making you feel bad doesn't mean that it's a poor institution. A public Healthcare service is fundamentally different than something like a pub or tattoo parlor. Firstly the staff are all nice enough, including reception which is a fairly boring/draining position. I'm a visible minority and an international student and genderqueer, if there was any discrimination I'd notice it, but nope nothing. Wait and reservation times during busy periods can go for weeks to maybe two months depending on the specialization of what you're requesting, but this is a pretty good speed if you compare with public Healthcare elsewhere in other countries etc. And for anything that can be done at walk-in, yeah the pace is great. In terms of the actual healthcare, everyone makes it a comfortable environment, which in of itself makes any treatment procedures discussion etc easier. Staff are also willing to accommodate and speed up processes avoid road bumps etc to make the service more efficient faster logical you get the idea. Glad to see people aren't bending over backward to follow healthcare beauracracy when it doesn't make sense. It's not like you have surgery or anything precise here, so there aren't really measures of procedure quality that can be used as points of detriment for here. I could not get one of my medications I got prescribed for back home, but it's simpmy not legally produced in New Zealand that's out of their hands. For mental health psychiatrist therapy etc it's more subjective what your experience is, but I didn't have any issues with my appointment. Can't speak for others obviously, but even if you felt you had or it just was a poor session, it is not reflective of all the collective services here. TLDR yall trippin, this is a good service. Would like to see people try out healthcare clinics in USA or Germany or heaven forbid a developing country.”
